The Detail builds on The Scheme, taking the design further into a more resolved and practical stage. It’s suited to projects where a higher level of involvement is needed—whether that’s refining specific elements, developing more detailed information, or supporting decisions during implementation.

At this stage, we focus on how the design comes together in practice. Materials, finishes, and key elements are considered in greater depth, and I remain involved to ensure the original vision is carried through with consistency and care.

This can also include time on site, working alongside you or your contractors to provide guidance and maintain clarity as the project progresses.

It’s a more involved level of service, designed to support you through the later stages of your project and ensure everything is executed as intended.
